• If non-delivery occurs due to your error (e.g., wrong/incomplete address), re-shipping costs may be charged to you.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thane, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service.

19) Severability; No Waiver; Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, with the referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
