1) Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 1–2 working days (excluding public/declared holidays).
• Same-Day Delivery: Available only in select pin codes/locations (subject to courier availability).
• Rest of India / Outstation: Delivery estimates shown at checkout; timelines depend on the courier route and serviceability.
• International Shipping: Typically 4–5 working days for select products with at least 6 months’ shelf life (excluding public/declared holidays).

Delivery times are estimates. We’ll always try to ship as fast as possible and keep you updated if anything changes.

2) Delays & Exceptions

• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, festivals, operational backlogs, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
• During peak festive periods, exact delivery time may not be guaranteed.
• For shipments handled by third-party couriers, delivery commitments are subject to the courier’s network and serviceability.

3) Address & Delivery Attempts

• Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is accurate and complete.
• We do not ship to PO-box-only addresses.
• If you need to modify your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@kraftedkakao.com / 8692872044. Changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
• If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts/unavailability, the shipment may be returned. Re-shipping fees may apply.

4) Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. You can use the link to track your parcel’s latest status.

5) Shipping Fees

Available shipping options and charges (if any) are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and cart.

6) Taxes & Duties

• For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges levied by the destination country are payable by the consignee/recipient.
• Any local entry/octroi or municipal charges (if applicable) are payable by the recipient at delivery.
